个性特征对飞行技能养成的影响分析

摘　　要：由于飞行员职业的特殊性,飞行员的心理素质以及个性特征都将对飞行活动产生直接的影响.为了优化飞行员前期选拔过程的质量,减少资源浪费,对个性特征与飞行技能养成之间的关系进行了研究.采用艾森克个性问卷法对在校飞行学员进行个性测试,根据获得数据及飞行训练表现进行了对比分析.结果表明:胆汁质和多血质个性的学员更容易掌握飞行技能,但胆汁质个性的学员较容易出现违规操作的现象,应注意对其进行规章意识的教育.Due to the special nature of the pilots, the psychological qualities and personality characteristics of the pilots have directly impact on flight activities. In order to optimize the selection process for the pilots and avoid the waste of resources, the relationship between the personality and flying skill was studied. The personality tests were carried out based on Eysenck personality questionnaire, and results were analyzed according to the situation of flight trainings. The results show that student pilots with bilious quality and multiple blood quality are easy to control the flying skills~ the students with biliousness personality are prone to take illegal operations, and it should be paid more attention to educate these students in rules and regulations.
