基于区域协控中心的西部地区农产品外贸物流模式研究

摘　　要：农产品物流对农业生产发展和农村经济繁荣具有十分重要的作用。从可持续发展的角度出发,将区域协控中心作为系统核心融入到西部地区农产品外贸物流结构内,分析基于区域协控中心的西部地区农产品外贸物流的概念和内涵,研究基于区域协控中心的西部地区农产品外贸物流的运行模式,建立新型组织形式、关系模型、运作机制,并利用空间结构的优化、集成化的管理模式,提出基于区域协控中心的西部地区农产品外贸物流的实现途径。研究表明:建立健全西部地区农产品外贸物流模式,能够降低农产品对外贸易的物流成本,提高农产品国际竞争力,推动中国农产品外贸物流可持续发展机制的进一步发展和完善。Agricultural products logistics development of agricultural production and rural economic prosperity has a very important role. From the perspective of sustainable development, coordinated control center as the core system into the western region in the structure of the foreign trade of agricultural products logistics, analysis is made based on the regional coordinated control center in the western region of the foreign trade of agricultural products logistics concept and the connotation. The research is also based on the regional coordinated control center in the western region of the foreign trade of agricultural products logistics operation mode to es- tablish a new organizational form, the relational model, operation mechanism, and by using the spatial struc- ture optimization, the integrated management mode, creative proposed based on the regional coordinated con- trol center in the western region of the foreign trade of agricultural products logistics effective implementation way. Research shows ： the foreign trade of agricultural products logistics mode, establish and improve ~he west- ern region to reduce the to build logistics cost of foreign trade of agricultural products means, improve the in- ternational competitiveness of agricultural products and promote the further development of China＇s agricultural products trade logistics sustainable development mechanism and perfection.
