摘　　要：赣江作为鄱阳湖第一大河流,是鄱阳湖水系四大家鱼的主要栖息和繁殖场所。随着赣江上水利枢纽的逐渐增多以及其它环境胁迫的日益加剧,有必要了解水利枢纽兴建对以四大家鱼繁殖的影响。本文在阐述赣江梯级枢纽开发现状的基础上,分析了拟建新干枢纽对库区四大家鱼水产种质资源保护区的影响,并提出相应的保护建议。为进一步研究赣江流域四大家鱼产卵场奠定基础,并为赣江流域枢纽开发与鱼类资源保护的和谐发展提供参考。Ganjiang River,the largest of the Poyang Lake Basin,is the important habitat and breeding ground of the four major Chinese carps.It is necessary to know the influence of hydro-junction construction on propagation of the four major Chinese carps because of the increase of hydro-junction and adverse impact of other environmental factor in the Ganjiang River.The influence of the Xingan Hydrojunction on the national germplasm resources of four major Chinese carps was analyzed in this study based on the development status of cascade hub in the Ganjiang River.Meanwhile,the safeguard procedures were provided in this paper.The purposes of this study were to：1）lay the foundation for further studying the spawning ground of four major Chinese carps in the Ganjiang River;2）provide a reference for the accord development between cascade hub exploitation and protection of fish resources.
