全玻璃真空太阳集热管的质量现状分析及对其现行国家标准的几点思考

摘　　要：本文通过对部分全玻璃真空太阳集热管(以下简称"真空管")检测数据的分析,归纳了真空管的质量现状,根据分析结果总结了现行国家标准GB/T 17049—2005《全玻璃真空太阳集热管》存在的几个问题,指出部分指标偏低,与现行国家标准GB/T 19141—2011《家用太阳能热水系统技术条件》部分指标要求不相协调,建议对GB/T 17049—2005《全玻璃真空太阳集热管》进行修订。The quality of all-glass evacuated solar collector tubes （evacuated tubes） was analyzed based on some test data. Some problems were noted that several indicators in the current national standards GB/T 17049--2005 All-glass Evacuated Solar Collector Tubes are undemanding, according to the analysis of test data. These undemanding indicators were not in harmony with the relative indicators in the current national standards GB/T 19141--2011 Specification of Dornestic Solar Water Heating Systems. Thus, it is recommended to revise the GB/T 17049--2005 All-glass Evacuated Solar Collector Tubes.
