摘 要:以石英、钠长石、高岭土、石灰石、煅烧氧化锌为主要原料制备硅酸锌结晶釉。主要研究ZnO与Co对结晶釉的影响。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析样品物相,扫描电镜(SEM)观察样品形貌,白度色差计测量釉料色度。实验结果表明:ZnO含量为24 wt%时,硅酸锌结晶釉中形成的晶花最大;Co^(2+)会置换Zn_2SiO_4结晶釉中Zn^(2+),并且随着Co含量的增加,白度色度仪的b*值一直在减小,当Co_2O_3含量为7 wt%时,蓝色最深,着色能力最强。当Co_2O_3的含达到9 wt%时,釉面出现紫红色晶体。The Zn2SiO3 crystalline glaze was prepared by using quartz, albite, kaolin, limestone, zinc oxide as raw materials. The influence of Co-doping on the Zn2SiO4 crystalline glaze was studied. The phase of the samples was analysed through X-ray diffraction(XRD). The morphology was characterised by Scanning electron microscope(SEM), The chromatic value of samples was studied by colorimetre. The results revealed that the Zn2SiO4 crystal in glaze was maximum when the ZnO content of 24 wt%. When the content of additive Co2O3 was 7 wt%, the Zn2SiO4 crystalline had the deepest blue colour. When the Co2O3 content reached 9 wt%, amarant crystal was observed in glaze.
