摘　　要：目的探讨重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)对重症心力衰竭患者血清氨基末端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)和心肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)的影响。方法 21例重症心力衰竭患者行rhBNP治疗,观察治疗前后心率、血压、24-h尿量、血清NT-proBNP和cTnT含量的变化。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后24-h尿量增多(P<0.01),心率、收缩压及血清cTnT水平下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),NT-proBNP水平无明显改变(P>0.05)。血清NT-proBNP与cTnT水平呈正相关(r=0.735,P<0.01)。结论rhBNP对重症心力衰竭患者有治疗作用,可在一定程度上改善心肌损伤程度。Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide（rhBNP）on serum levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP）and cardiac troponin T（cTnT）in the patients with severe heart failure.Methods Twenty-one patients with heart failure were intravenously injected with rhBNP 0.0075μg·kg-1· min-1.Then heart rate,blood pressure,24-h urine volume,serum levels of NT-proBNP and cTnT were observed.Results Compared with before,24-h urine volume was increased（P〈0.01）,heart rate,systolic pressure and serum level of cTnT were decreased（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）,while level of NT-proBNP was not significantly changed after treatment（P〉0.05）.Serum level of NT-proBNP was positively correlated with that of cTnT（r=0.735,P〈0.01）.Conclusion rhBNP has a therapeutic effect on the patients with severe heart failure and partly improves the myocardial injury.
