摘　　要：目前我国对在线产权交易模型方面的研究较少、理论相对匮乏。所以针对我国在这方面存在的问题,首先,对系统进行基本假设根据权交易基本流程图对产权交易模型进行概述,其次,通过知识的获取、知识的表达和知识的推理"三步走"的方法来论证所构建的在线产权交易模型,最后,针对手工的传统产权交易模式的弊端,给出了一个新建的在线产权交易模型,并成功地在实例中运用。At present,the study of online property trading model is less,lack of theory relatively in our country.Aiming at the problems in this aspect in our country,this paper firstly makes basic hypothesis according to the property rights trading system flowchart overview for property rights transaction model.Secondly through the three-step method of knowledge acquisition,expression and reasoning,it demonstrates online property right trading model constructed in this paper.Finally based on the disadvantages of traditional manual property rights transaction mode,this paper gives a new online property right transaction model,and is used in the instance successfully.
