摘　　要：人口老龄化及社会转型背景下,人们日益关注经济赡养的健康效应及其对精神赡养的替代作用。为克服经济赡养与老年健康间因双向因果关系而导致的内生性、以及多层数据产生的生态谬误,本文构建了两期因果模型与广义多层线性模型相结合的复合模型,利用2008—2012年CHARLS项目组在浙江、甘肃两省的两期调研数据,回归发现,经济赡养能促进老年人生理与心理健康,并在提升老年人生活满意度方面,对精神赡养有一定的替代作用。Under the background of population aging and social transformation, people increasingly focus on the health effect of economic support and substitution effect of spiritual support.In order to overcoming the the endogenous between economic support and elderly health caused by two-way causal relationship and ecological fallacy produced by the multi-layer data, this article constructed the composite model by combining the two causal model and generalized multiple linear model. By us- ing CHARI_.S project team 2005-2012 two phase survey data of zhejiang and Gansu , this paper found that the economic sup- port can promote the elderly physical and mental health, and can improve the elderly life satisfaction, and has certain substi- tution effect on spiritual support by using generalized multiple linear regression model.
