摘 要:超高频局部放电传感器及检测系统性能的评价需要稳定的信号源,由于多种因素的影响,高压模拟放电模型产生的超高频局部放电信号存在放电参数不稳定和不易调节的缺陷。因此根据超高频信号的时频特性,设计出了一种局部放电超高频信号模拟源。该信号源由控制单元、信号合成单元、宽频带全向发射天线组成,控制单元产生能够反映局部放电时频特征和相位特征的信号,通过幅值调制单元合成超高频局部放电信号,信号由天线发射。实验结果表明:该信号源能输出连续稳定的并具有工频相位特征的电磁波信号,信号的频率范围为0.3~1.5GHz,输出信号频率、输出功率及局部放电相位一放电量(φ-q)、相位一放电次数(φ-n)谱图均可平滑调节,输出功率达25dB,能有效模拟多种类型的局部放电超高频信号。It is necessary to apply a stable and reliable discharge source on the performance evaluation of the ultra high frequency (UHF) partial discharge sensors and detection system, the deficiencies of UHF partial discharge (PD) signal generated by high voltage (HV) discharge models are the instable discharge parameters which are hard to be adjusted be- cause of various factors. So we designed a UHF signal simulation source based on the time-frequency characteristics of the UHF signal. The signal source is composed of a control unit, a signal synthesis unit and broadband omnidirectional antenna. The control unit is able to generate the signal reflecting the time-frequency and phase characteristics of the PD signal, which is synthesized in amplitude modulation module and then sent by the antenna. The experimental results show that the signal simulation source works well, and the frequency of the output electromagnetic signal ranges from 0.3 GHz to 1.5 GHz and the phase distribution characteristics of signal can reflect frequency phase characteristics. There are many advantages of the UHF signal simulation source, such as the signal frequency, output power, and PD φ-q and φ-n spectro- gram can be adjusted smoothly, the real output is high enough to 25 dB. In this way, the signal source can simulate multiple types of PD UHF signals efficiently,
