《回回药方》滴鼻剂对脑缺血再灌注大鼠血清sICAM1、sVCAM1的影响

摘　　要：目的观察《回回药方》滴鼻剂对脑缺血再灌注大鼠血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子(sICAM1、sVCAM1)的影响。方法将84只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组,即空白对照组、模型组、西药对照组和回药滴鼻组。空白对照组予以正常饲料喂养,模型组予以生理盐水滴鼻,西药对照组予以尼莫地平灌胃治疗,回药滴鼻剂组予以《回回药方》滴鼻剂。结果与模型组比较,回药滴鼻剂组能明显降低脑缺血再灌注大鼠sICAM1、sVCAM1指标的水平(P<0.05);与西药对照组比较,回药滴鼻剂组亦具有一定优势(P<0.05)。结论《回回药方》滴鼻剂对脑缺血再灌注大鼠sICAM1、sVCAM1有明显改善作用,对回族医药治疗脑血管疾病提供了一个新的研究方向。Objective To observe the effect of Huihui yao fang nose drops on cerebral isehemia reperfusion rats by measuring serum sICAM1, sVCAM1. Methods 84 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups：blank control group, model group, western medi- cine group and the nose drops group. Rats of blank control group were given normal diet, rats of model group were given 0.9% sodium chloride injection ,rats of western medicine control group received Nimodipine irrigation,Hui medicine nose drops group were dripped the Huihui yao fang nose dorps. Results The Huihui yao fang nose drops groups serum slCAM1 ,sVCAM1 were significantly lower than the model group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Huihui yao fang nose drops on cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats with sICAM1, sVCAM1 has significantly improved, and provides a new research direction of Hui medicine to treat cerebrovascular diseases.
