摘  要:采用CIE-Lab表色系法,研究了31份小豆资源的叶片色泽与9个农艺性状的相关性。结果表明:亮度L与生育期、株高、单荚粒数极显著正相关,红度a与百粒重极显著正相关,色泽比h、饱和度C与生育期、株高显著正相关,色度角H与生育期、株高显著负相关;色泽性状对生育期的综合效应排列次序为亮度L>黄度b>色泽比h>饱和度C>色度角H,对株高的综合效应排列次序为亮度L>色泽比h>黄度b>饱和度C>色度角H。在以短生育期、矮秆为目标育种过程中,应注重选择叶片暗绿色的亲本或单株,可借助色差计选择亮度L、黄度b、色泽比h数值较小的材料。本研究为小豆的目标育种提供了参考,在种质创新中具有一定的指导意义。By using CIE- Lab color order system and field screening, the relationships between leaf color parameters and other 9 agronomic traits were studied among 31 Adzuki bean germ- plasms. Our results showed that color parameters L was significantly and positively correlated with plant growing period (GP), plant height (PH) and seed number per pod (SNP), The color parameters a was also significantly and positively correlated with 100-seed weight (SW). Both the color parameters h and c significantly correlated with GP and PH positively, while color parameters H was significantly and negatively correlated with GP and PH. The rating of effects of leaf color parameters on GP was L〉b〉h〉C〉H, while the rating of effects on PH was L〉h〉b〉C〉H. Therefore, it is efficient to select parents or individuals possessing rela- tively dark green leaves and characterized by low color parameter L, b and h when we are aiming to develop varieties with short GP and low PH. This study has provided efficient and creative methods for germplasm evaluation and variety development of Adzuki bean.
