摘 要:大量非线性以及冲击性、波动性负荷的应用使电网环境变得复杂,将会产生非稳态信号。传统的电能计量方式及计量算法对非稳态信号电能计量不够精确。本文首先采用了一种把基波分量、畸变分量分开计量的方式,再借鉴快速S变换的思想提出了一种基于二进制采样快速S变换的电能计量算法。理论分析可知:电网信号畸变的情况下,基波、畸变分量分开计量的方式比传统的全电能以及基波计量方式更加合理;二进制采样快速S变换核函数形式固定,而不像小波算法那样很难选择合适的小波基函数。并且在相近的精度下,快速S变换比S变换节省很多的时间。最后通过仿真对比验证,无论是稳态信号还是非稳态信号,基于二进制采样快速S变换算法的电能计量结果的精确度都大大优于小波变换,并且比S变换运算效率更高。A large number of nonlinear, impacting and fluctuating loads used in power system makes the environment of the grid complex. And the unsteady signal will be produced. The traditional measurement method and algorithm of electric power are not accurate for the unsteady signal. A measurement method that calculates the energy of fundamen- tal wave and the distorted part separately is adopted firstly. And then, with the reference of S transform, an algorithm with fast S transform based on binary sampling is proposed. The theoretical analysis shows that under the circumstance of signal distortion, the measurement method that calculates the energy of fundamental wave and the distorted part sep- arately is more reasonable. The form of kernel function of fast S transform is fixed, unlike the wavelet transform whose basis function is hard to choose. And fast S transform will save more time than S transform with similar precision. Finally according to the simulation, it can be concluded that the accuracy of electric energy measurement algorithm with fast S transform based on binary sampling is better than wavelet transform algorithm for both steady and unsteady signal. And its efficiency is higher than S transform.
