摘 要:以双三羟甲基丙烷和三氯氧磷以及乙二胺为原料,经酰胺化、水解及氨化过程合成一种含磷阻燃剂。考察了目标产物对不同织物的阻燃效果,研究织物整理液对织物的阻燃效果、断裂强度及白度的影响。结果表明,目标产物双三羟甲基丙烷磷酸酯乙二胺盐对毛织物、锦纶织物的阻燃效果比较明显,对涤纶、棉织物有一定的阻燃效果,对混纺、腈纶织物阻燃效果不明显。整理液质量浓度为300 g/L时,毛织物的阻燃效果好,抗断裂强力最大,且对白度无影响。A phosphorous flame retardants was synthesized with double trimethylolpropane phosphorus oxychloride(PO) and l ,2-ethanedamine. The flame retardation was synthesis by amidation, hydrolysis and ammoniation process. The flame retardant effect on different fabric was inspected in this paper. The effect of the fabric finishing liquid on the flame retardant effect, the breaking strength and the whiteness of the fabric were studied. The study found that the target product has obvious flame retardant effect on wool fabric and nylon, a certain amount of flame retardant effect on polyester and cotton, and not obvious flame retardant effect on blended and acrylic. Wool fabric finishing solution concentration for 300 g/L, flame retardant effect was good, anti breaking strength was biggest and whiteness of wool fabric effect little or not.
