摘　　要：介绍了单点卡伯值分析仪SPK-5500在化学法制浆线的应用实践,包含SPK-5500的安装准备、现场安装、调试开机、标定优化和结果分析。对SPK-5500与工厂现有的多点式卡伯值分析柜的测量周期和结果相关性的比较,结果表明SPK-5500可改善工艺控制、提高运行稳定性和经济效益。The single point kappa analyzer SPK-5500 is the latest single point and online analyzer for kappa value measurement invented by BTG Instruments AB. The SPK-5500 has unique features which as online installation, fast measurement, blockage free and lower water con- sumption, etc. This paper introduced the application of SPK-5500 in a chemical pulp production line, including the installation, commissioning, calibration, fine tuning and data analysis. The relevance analysis of measurement cycle and result between SPK-5500 and mill＇s existing multi point Kappa cabinet indicated that application of SPK-5500 could improve process stability and achieve better economic efficiency. The single point kappa analyzer SPK-5500 was a new tool for faster, accurate, blockage free Kappa measurement in chemical pulp production process.
