摘　　要：本文探讨了棉/羊绒色织免烫面料的设计开发及其工艺技术要点。将羊绒纤维和棉纤维先染色后纺纱、织制、免烫整理得到的棉/羊绒色织免烫面料手感滑糯,光泽柔和典雅,品质高贵,吸湿透气,附加值高。整个生产流程实现了从原料到面料的全清洁生产,顺应绿色环保,生态时尚的潮流。The paper discusses the process of designing and developing an iron-free cotton/cashmere yarn- dyed fabric and the related technical essentials of the production process. Cashmere and cotton are separately dyed before spinning, weaving and iron-free finishing. The resulted fabric has smooth surface, soft shade, luxury quality, good moisture-absorbent and air-permeability and high value added. Clean production concept is introduced to the entire production process from fiber to fabric, coping with the sustainable and eco-friendly fashion trend.
