中国高校研究生分类培养模式的十年实践的问题与对策

摘　　要：高校研究生教育分类培养是提高高水平人才创新培养质量的重要手段之一。分析中国高校研究生分类培养模式十年实践的现状,指出存在的问题,借鉴国外高校分类培养实践经验,并提出对策建议,以期为完善我国研究生分类培养模式,保障研究生培养质量并满足社会发展需求提供有益借鉴。Classified cultivation of postgraduates is one of the important means to improve the training quality of high-level innovative talents. This paper analyzes the status quo of the classified cultivation of postgraduates in China after ten-year practice. It points out the problems by learning from the classified training practice of foreign universities, and makes some suggestions in order to provide a useful reference for improving the classified cultivation of postgraduates, guaranteeing the quality of postgraduate training, and meeting the needs of the social development.
