摘　　要：目的探索医疗环节质量监测方法。方法通过对医疗环节质量监测的分析,确定环节内容梳理、数据采集、质量监测、统计分析到结果报告的实施步骤。结果有效提高了医疗环节质量。结论需要结合业务流程,确定质量环节,制定质控标准,落实监测方法,探索医疗环节质量监测规律。Objective To explore methods for quality monitoring of medical process. Method By analyzing the quality management of medical process, the implementation procedures were proposed, including process arrangement, data collection, quality monitoring, statistical analysis, and final report. Result The quality of medical process was improved effectively. Conclusion The process quality should be decided with combination of business flow. The quality control standards should be established and monitoring method should be implemented. Furthermore, the laws of quality monitoring of medical process need to be explored.
