摘　　要：以医院等级评审新思路为指引,提出医院评审新型工作模式——"高尔夫球模式"。并对其作用进行探讨,分析其必要性、可行性和延展性,将评审过程划分为行政查房、质量与安全督导、科室访谈、自审总结四个阶段,达到以评促建、以评促改的目的。Guided by new ideas of hospital accreditation, a new hospital accreditation work mode ＂ golf mode＂ was pro- posed. The role of the mode was explored, its necessity, feasibility and scalability was discussed. The accreditation process was divided into four stages including administrative review, quality and safety supervision, department interviews, and self - assess- ment and summarization, in order to achieve the purpose of establishment and improvement through accreditation.
