中医临床护理路径在腹腔镜胃癌根治术围手术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中医临床护理路径在腹腔镜胃癌根治术围手术期中的应用效果。方法将60例择期行腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用中医临床护理路径,比较两组患者住院时间、住院费用、满意度以及术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及拔除胃管时间的差异。结果观察组较对照组住院时间缩短,住院费用减少,护理满意度明显提高,观察组术后肛门排气时间,下床活动时间及拔除胃管时间均短于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者在围手术期应用中医临床护理路径,不仅可以降低住院费用及时间,提高患者满意度,而且体现了中医护理特色,是一种值得推广的护理管理模式。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in peri - operational stage in laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery. Method A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received Traditional Chinese Medicine based clinical nursing pathway. The patients＇ length of stay, expenses, satisfaction, post - operational exhaust time, off - bed exercise time and the time for removing gastric pipe were compared between the two groups. Result The patients＇ length of stay, expenses, satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly better than those in the control group. Furthermore, the experi- mental group had shorter post - operational exhaust time, time for off - bed exercise and removing gastric pipe than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine based clinical nursing pathway in peri - operational stage in [aparoscopic gastric cancer surgery can not only reduce the length of stay and expenses, improve patients＇ satisfaction, but also show characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine based nursing, which is a Traditional Chinese Medicine based nursing management pattern being worthy of promotion.
