摘  要:目的缩短门诊患者就诊时间,提高工作效率。方法对门诊就诊卡进行功能扩展,并与银医卡及社保卡绑定,改造自主服务系统等。结果实现了银医卡及社保卡的绑定使用,减少了患者持卡数量,实现了自助挂号与自动缴费。结论应着重宣传推广使用银医卡及自主缴费系统,缩短患者就诊时间。Objective To further shorten outpatients visit time and increase work efficiency. Method The outpatient medical card was performed function extension and bound with silver - medical - card and social security card, and independent service system distribution was reformed. Result The binding use of silver - medical - card and social security card was realized to decrease the number of cards hold by patients and achieve the formal running of self - help registration and payment system. Conclusion The use of silver - medical - card and self - help payment system should be promoted to improve the utilization rate to achieve design goal of shortening patients'visit time.
