摘　　要：分析基层疾控实验室在内部工作审核中存在的问题:检查流于形式,覆盖不全面,检查记录缺乏等。其原因有:职责缺乏有效落实,组织机构不健全,程序规定不严谨等。提出全员参与,健全组织机构,加强内部质量管理等措施。有利于保证质量管理体系的有效运行。Problems in laboratory internal audit were analyzed in primary level center for diseases control and prevention, which ineluded not thoroughly inspection, not comprehensive coverage, without inspection records, etc. The main reasons includ- ed imperfect implementation of responsibility, not enough reasonable institutions, unstrict procedure and standards, etc. The countermeasures were proposed to ensure the effectively running of the quality management system, which included full staff participating, improving the structure of organization, strengthening internal quality management.
