摘　　要：目的探讨抗酸染色标本特点,为医院临床科室更合理、有效利用该项检测提供循证学证据。方法回顾性地分析该院2012年至2014年3年时间临床送检抗酸染色阳性患者标本的特点。结果 16 697例标本进行抗酸染色检测,阳性率为9.3%(1 545/16 697),1 545例阳性标本中男、女性患者比例为2.1∶1(1 055/490)。送检标本类型共21种,其中数量最多的是痰液,占总数的58.5%(9 769/16 697),阳性率13.6%(1 328/9 769),占抗酸染色阳性标本的86.0%(1 328/1 545);其次为支气管灌洗液/刷片,占总数的19.7%(3 293/16 697),阳性率4.9%(160/3 293)。其他抗酸染色的阳性标本为胸腔积液、尿液及分泌物(脓液)。结论实验室需提高抗酸染色的阳性率,特别是痰标本;除痰液、支气管肺泡灌洗液及刷片、胸腔积液、尿液、分泌物外,其他类型的标本应建立更准确的分枝杆菌检测方法。Objective To analyze acid fast stain specimens and provide more reasonable and useful evidence for clinical departments of hospital.Methods Cllinical acid fast staining positive patients that from 2012 to 2014in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results 1 545 cases of acid fast staining positive were found in 16 697 cases which were submitted for acid fast staining detection,that the positive rate was 9.3%（1 545/16 697）.Male and female sex ratio was 2.15∶1（1 055/490）.Sputum specimens was the largest number in 21 types of samples which accouts for 58.5%（9 769/16 697）in all that were detected.The positive rate of sputum specimens was 13.6%（1 328/9 769）which was 86.0%（1 328/1 545）in all positive acid fast staining;Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was the secondary number in all detected samples that accouts for 19.7%（3 293/16 697）and the positive rate was 4.9%（160/3 293）.Other acid fast stain positive specimens consisted of pleural effusion,urine and secretion（pus）.ConclusionThe positive rate of acid fast stain should be improved,especially in sputum specimens.Expect the sputum,bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and brush,pleural effusion,urine and secretions,other types of specimens need to find a more reliable method for detection of Mycobacterium.
