摘  要:为了克服在深井固井过程中面临的高温难题,以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、马来酸酐(MA)和丙烯酸(AA)为聚合单体,采用水溶液聚合的方式制得高温缓凝剂CHR40。此缓凝剂温度敏感性和掺量敏感性小,抗高温能力强,可使用温度高达200℃,与各种水泥外加剂配伍性良好,且稠化过渡时间短,具有直角稠化和曲线平稳的特性,易于现场调节。In order to overcome the high temperature problem in the process of deep well cementing,the article is to introduce a kind of high-temperature retarder CHR40 with the method of aqueous solution polymerization,synthesized from 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS),maleic anhydride(MA) and acrylic acid(AA).The results show that the retarder has small temperature sensitivity and small dosage sensitivity,strong ability to resist high temperature,can use temperature as high as 200 ℃.It also has good compatibility with all kinds of cementing additive,the slurry performance is stable,and the thickening transition time is short,the thickening curve appears 90-degree rise and smooth.So,the high-temperature retarder CHR40 is easy field adjustable.
