摘  要:本试验旨在研究小分子发酵抗菌肽对禽用灭活疫苗抗体水平的影响,采用将免疫增强剂小分子发酵抗菌肽分别添加于正常抗原含量及减量抗原含量的新城疫ND-禽流感(H9 F株)二联灭活苗,禽流感(H5N1亚型Re-6株、Re-7株)二价灭活苗中,分别免疫SPF鸡。同时用不加免疫增强剂的新城疫-禽流感二联灭活疫苗和禽流感二价灭活疫苗免疫SPF鸡作为对照组。结果表明,通过监测鸡免疫后不同天数的血清抗体水平,发现抗原用量不变的情况下,试验组比对照组抗体效价均有提高;在抗原用量减少50%的情况下试验组比对照组抗体效价也均有一定的提高。结果提示,小分子发酵抗菌肽对禽用灭活疫苗能起到一定的抗体增强的效果。The experiment was conducted to study the impact of antibody levels on antimicrobial peptide of small molecule fermentation on inactivated vaccine about avian. We had used the small molecule immune enhancer were added to the normal fermentation antibacterial peptide antigen content and the reduction of the antigen content of Newcastle disease ND and avian Influenza (H9 F strain) duplex inactivated vaccine and avian influenza HSNI Re-6 strain and Re-7 strain bivalent inactivated vaccine in SPF chickens were immunized. Addition Newcastle disease and avian influen- za duplex inactivated vaccine and avian influenza HSNI Re-6 strain and Re-7 strain bivalent inac- tivated vaccine without immune enhancer immunized SPF chickens as a control group. The results showed that monitoring the serum antibody levels of chicken by different days after immunization, the amount of antigen was found under the same circumstances, the experimental group were increased than the control group in antibody titers, and reducing the amount of antigen in half of cases in the experimental group were increased than the control group in antibody titers. The study suggest that antimicrobial peptide of small molecule fermentation inactivated vaccine against avian antibodies would improve the specific enhanced effect.
