摘  要:本试验旨在探讨饲粮添加刺五加多糖(ASPS)对免疫应激断奶仔猪腹泻的影响。试验采用2×2因素设计,将64头28日龄断奶、平均体重为7.22±0.46 kg仔猪随机分为4组。第1、2组饲喂基础饲粮,第3、4组添加800 mg/kg ASPS的饲粮,试验第7天,1、3组仔猪注射生理盐水,2、4组仔猪注射等量脂多糖(LPS),试验期14 d。结果表明,ASPS使仔猪腹泻率、腹泻指数和腹泻频率分别降低了71.64%(P<0.05)、78.33%(P<0.05)和57.83%(P<0.05),同时使血浆D-乳酸降低了16.37%(P<0.05)。LPS和ASPS两者之间具有互作效应。由此可见,在本试验条件下,800 mg/kg ASPS能显著降低免疫应激仔猪腹泻发病率和发病程度,该作用与ASPS降低肠黏膜通透性有关。The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide(ASPS) on diarrhea and d-lactate in plasma of weanling pigs challenged with Escherichia coli lipopolysaccharide(LPS). A total of 64 barrows (Duroc×Large White ×Landrace, 28 days of age, initial weight of 7.22±0.46 kg) in a 2 × 2 factorial experiment were randomly allotted to four dietary treatments with 4 replications and 4 pigs per pen. Pigs in i and 2 groups were fed with 0 mg/kg ASPS, and 3, 4 groups were fed with 800 mg/kg ASPS. On d 7, pigs in 2 and 4 groups were injected with LPS and the other groups were given equivalent amount of saline. The results of 14-d experiment showed that compared with control group, dietary ASPS decreased the diarrhea ratio, diarrhea index and diarrhea frequency by 71.64% (P〈0.05), 78.33% (P〈0.05) and 57.83% (P〈0.05) respectively. Furthermore, ASPS supplementation reduced D-lactate in plasma by 16. 73% (P〈 0.05). In addition, coactions were observed between ASPS and LPS on these indicators. It is concluded that 800 mg/kg dietary ASPS can reduce incidence of diarrhea, which is related with the decreased mucosal Intestinal permeability.
