摘　　要：运用供应链管理、第三方物流和风险管理理论,分析了中国石油销售公司当前成品油配送中存在的各种风险及具体表现,并有针对性地提出了一系列风险防控措施,建立了利益分配模型,为成品油第三方物流的发展完善提供了研究思路和方向。In this paper, using the theories on supply chain management, third party logistics and risk management, we analyzed the specific manifestation of the various risks in the finished oil product distribution process of the CNPC, proposed correspondingly a series of risk control and prevention measures, and at the end, established the benefit allocation model.
