摘  要:设计了基于差分运放和光耦开关的硬件采样模块,以及基于Lab VIEW的算法程序、数据采集及界面控制的软件处理模块的燃料电池单电池电压特性巡检系统。该系统精度高、抗干扰性强、测试电压路数多,而且能实现数据的实时采集、显示和保存,并对电压异常情况进行警示。本系统已成功应用于百瓦级阴极开放式燃料电池堆的测试,实验证明具有良好的测试精度与稳定性。A multi-channel voltage measurement system was designed and fabricated for PEM fuel cell application. This system consisted of a hardware module using differential amplifier and light-coupled switches, and the LabVlEW functioning as data collection and interface control unit. High-accuracy, strong anti-interference performance, multiple voltage measuring channels were its features, and the real-time data display, collection and save could be achieved. It could be used to monitor voltage abnormally in a fuel cell stack and its system, and to send warning signal/information to user through computer interface. This system was successfully applied in the performance study on a 100W PEM fuel cell stack, and good experimental results were obtained.
