摘  要:针对我国酒泉大型风电基地并网存在的诸如电压攀升、电压失稳和低频振荡等安全稳定运行风险问题,基于西北电网2012年冬大方式,利用BPA仿真平台,仿真研究了动态无功补偿对风电并网安全问题的支撑与改善作用,重点论述了动态无功补偿抑制低频振荡的原理。分析结果表明:充分利用动态无功补偿自动、快速调控无功出力特性,能较好地提升酒泉风电基地接入电网的安全稳定性。Some secudty and stability operational risks, such as voltage rising, voltage instability and low-frequency oscillation happened while integrating jiuquan large-scale wind farms into northwest china power grid. Effects of dynamic reactive power compensation equipment on grid security and stability were studied through using BPA simulation software and real operation data of Northwest Power Grid in the winter of 2012. The principal that dynamic reactive power compensation equipments suppress low-frequency oscillation was elaborated. Simulation results show that the security and stability of power grid with jiuquan large-scale wind farms can be improved by fully utilizing the automatic, fast regulation capacity of dynamic reactive power compensation equipment.
