摘  要:介绍HPWM调制技术工作原理,并基于HPWM调制技术设计了纯模拟控制的大功率车载逆变器。该车载逆变器采用了DC/DC和DC/AC两级变换结构,并且此逆变电源采用了纯模拟方案。阐述了基于HPWM调制技术的车载逆变器的工作原理,给出了实现后级ZVS的条件,对两级变换电路设计进行了详细介绍。实验结果表明,此逆变电源设计合理、运行稳定可靠。HPWM modulation technology works were described, and pure analog was designed to control power car inverter based on HPWM modulation techniques. DC/ DC and DC/AC conversion structures were used by car inverter, and pure analog solutions were chosen by this inverter. The text-based automotive inverter HPWM modulation technology works were elaborated, and the conditions were given to achieve the level ZVS. The two-stage conversion circuit design was analyzed in detail. The experimental results show that this power inverter design is reasonable, stable and reliable operation.
