摘 要:介绍了LLC型谐振变换器的主电路结构和工作原理,给出了基于最优转换效率的LLC谐振变换器谐振网络参数的详细设计过程,并应用无源集成技术,将谐振参数及变压器集成在同一个磁芯上,通过对比磁性元件集成通用结构,推导出磁集成的改进结构。设计了一台工作频率80 k Hz、功率为440 W的变换器,通过仿真软件Saber验证了参数设计的合理性,实验结果验证了设计方法的可行性和有效性。Introduction was made to the structure of main circuit and the working principle of the LLC resonant converter. A detailed resonant network parameters design process for LLC resonant converter was given on the basis of the best conversion efficiency. And passive integration technology was applied to integrated its resonant parameters and transformer on the same core. By contrast with the general structure of Integrated Magnetics, the integrated magnetic structure was derived. Making use of the introduced design method, a 440W converter working 80kHz was designed, the rationality of design was validated by simulation software-Saber. The correctness and effectiveness of the design flow were verified.
