摘　　要：为准确把握全面从严治党背景下江西干部的心态变化,江西省委党校"江西省领导干部心态状况调查"课题组开展了一次面向全省党校系统学员的大规模问卷调查,结果发现有不少干部存在一定的焦虑心理。究其原因,有工作、职业、收入、晋升、责任、反腐等方面。因而,有必要从组织和个人两方面分别寻找相应的对策来化解干部的这种焦虑心态。In order to know the officials psychological change under the background of comprehensively governing the Party in Jiangxi, the subject group of investigation of officialslasyehology in Jiangxi conducted a large - scale questionnaire on the students of all party schools of the whole province, only finding that many officials have anxiety disorder, the factors of which are work, occupation, income, promotion, liability, anti - corruption, etc. It is necessary to solve the anxiety disorder by means of organization and individuals.
