摘　　要：《今日说法》是CCTV一档成功的电视法制栏目,从宏观的专题片创作规律入手,以细节、悬念、情景再现以及世俗化等专题片的微观创作手法为主要支点,辅之以《今日说法》的具体案例,论述了此栏目成功的主要原因。Legal Report Today is a successful TV legal program. This paper discusses the major causes for its success concerning the macro aspect such as the creation law of special program and the micro aspects such as detail, suspense, scene reproduction and secu- larization, etc. , featured by Legal Report Today.
