摘　　要：针对PVC树脂在旋风干燥过程中容易出现杂质粒子数、挥发物质量分数超标的问题,进行了原因分析,并提出了解决措施:1干燥过程中实时监控产品性能,2及时隔离不合格树脂,3定期清理干燥系统,4定期更换空气过滤棉。In order to solve the problem that impurity particle number and volatile matter mass fraction of PVC resin were sub-standard in cyclone drying process, reasons were analyzed, and improvement measures were proposed： （1）real time monitoring the above-mentioned performance during drying process, （2）in time separating unqualified PVC resin from qualified PVC resin, （3）regularly cleaning drying system, （4）regularly replacing air filter cotton.
