摘  要:为了解广宁红山茶不同生长时间的果实生长(大小)及含油率的变化,对其进行差异分析,结果表明:9月28日-10月30日果径和果形指数变化较小,果径均值范围为8.55-9.24cm;在不同采果时期,广宁红山茶烘干种仁含油率及鲜果含油率差异显著(P〈0.05),烘干种仁含油率均值范围为54.87%-63.41%,鲜果含油率均值范围为2.87%-4.06%,总体趋势是油茶果生长在10月(霜降前后)趋于成熟、稳定,含油率随着采果时间的推迟而提高。最佳采收时间在霜降后,10月下旬到10月底。The paper studied and analyzed the changes of growth (size) and oil content in Camellia semiserrata. The result showed that the fruit diameter and fruit shape index during September 28th to October 30th changed less, and the mean fruit diameter ranged from 8.55 cm to 9.24 cm. In different time of harvesting, the oil content of kernel and fruit had significant differences, the oil content of kernel ranged from 54.87% to 63.41%, and the oil content of fruit ranged from 2.87% to 4.06%. A general tendency of the fruit growth of C. semiserrata was stable, and the oil content increased with the time of fruit harvesting deferring. The best haverst time was late October, after the first frost.
