摘  要:以二甲基二氯硅烷水解得到的线型、环型低聚二甲基硅氧烷混合物(水解料)为原料,氢氧化钾碱胶为催化剂,磷酸为中和剂,制得107硅橡胶。研究了反应温度、催化剂用量对107硅橡胶产率的影响,并用凝胶渗透色谱、核磁共振、红外光谱对产物进行了表征。结果表明:制备107硅橡胶的最佳工艺条件为碱胶催化剂质量分数20×10^-6、反应温度150-160℃、反应时间3.5 h。该工艺制备的产品摩尔质量分布均匀,产率高,且路线简洁,成本低。Used the mixtures of linear and ring oligomeric dimethyl siloxane (also called hydrolysate ) which was made by the hydrolysis of dimethyl dichlorosilane as the raw materials, potassium hydroxide gel as the catalyst, phosphate as the neutralizing agent, to synthesis 107 silicone rubber. Effects of reaction temperature and catalyst amount on the yield of 107 silicone rubber were studied, and the struction and performance of 107 silicone rubber products were characterized by gel permeation chromatography, nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectrum. Results showed that the optimum conditions of the preparation of 107 silicone rubber were as followed: the mass fraction of alkali catalyst was 20×10^-6, the reaction temperature was 150 -160℃, the reaction time was 3.5 h. The product process resulted in uniform distribution of moteeular weight with high yield, and the synthesis route was simple and cheap.
