摘　　要：从沧州市新华区现阶段生活垃圾回收物流系统存在的问题入手,提出了控制源头建立分类回收体系、优化垃圾回收物流网络、借助第三方公司进行垃圾的清运和处理的思路及具体实施方案,通过该方案实现了生活垃圾的无害化、减量化、资源化及经济利益、社会效益的最大化。Starting with the analysis of the current problems in life garbage collection logistics system in Xinhua District of Cangzhou, the paper puts forward the thought and scheme on such aspects as control- ling the origin of garbage, establishing the classified recycling system, optimizing the logistics network of garbage recycling, and removing and disposing the garbage by the third party company. Based on the scheme, the harmlessness, reduction and resource of life garbage has achieved, as well as the maximization of economic and social interest.
