摘　　要：为了研究高职高专学生存在自身特有的心理特点,文中以质性研究的方法,采取非结构性访谈和半结构性访谈对5名学生进行深度访谈,访谈内容通过三级编码提取核心概念,诠释高职高专学生特有的心理特点。反映出高职学生对缺乏明确的职业生涯规划、自我认识存在偏差、人际交往能力偏弱、手机成瘾、意志调节能力偏差等问题。针对高职高专学生心理发展特点,因材施教,采用适合的教育方式,提升高职高专学生的综合素质。In order to study the psychological characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges, this paper adopts the qualitative research method to conduct the deep interviews with five students through non-structural interview and semi-structural interview. The interview takes the core concept with three- level coding to explain the psychological characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges. It is showed that there exist some problems in the students such as deficiency of career planning, deviation in self-cognition, poor ability of interpersonal communication addiction to mobile phone, and poor willpower. Therefore, according to the psychological characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges, we should teach the students in accordance with their aptitude, and adopt the proper education form to en- hance the comprehensive quality of students in higher vocational colleges.
