摘　　要：随着教育改革的深入与细化,高校学报编辑部管理的改革和创新势在必行。应把编辑部战略管理目标和行动连结起来,实施绩效管理,推动编辑部学术质量、品牌、特色等全面发展。With the in - deepth and refining education reform,the managerment reform and innovation of university journal editiorial department must be carried out. To fully improve its academic quality, brand and the characteristics, the management of performance efficiency must be put into practice, combining the strategic objectives and the strategic actions of the editorial department.
