摘　　要：借鉴民用航空适航管理经验,对军用发动机适航管理工作进行初步探索。首先探讨了军用发动机适航管理的定义和目的,并考虑其适航管理工作主体的职责及工作分工,浅析了研制方开展适航管理工作的要求,明确了军用发动机适航工作组织系统及相关职责;同时,对军方开展适航管理工作提出了想法和建议,论述了军方开展军用发动机适航审查工作的流程;最后分析了目前我国军用发动机适航管理工作中存在的问题,并提出改进措施。本研究对我国军用航空发动机适航管理工作的完善具有参考价值。Learning from the experiences of the civil aviation work, the airworthiness management work on military aero-engine was introduced. Firstly, the definition and purpose of military engine airworthiness management were discussed, and the main responsibilities and divisions of the work of the main bodies for airworthiness management were considered, then the requirements of airworthiness management work for the development units was analyzed and organization system and related duty were determined. Ideas and suggestions were put forward for the airworthiness management work that carried out by the army, and the airworthiness certification work flow was presented. Finally, some challenges in the current military aero-engine airworthiness management were investigated and improvement measures were put forward. This investigation is referential for the improvement of military aero-engine airworthiness management in China.
