摘 要:计算机辅助设计发展以前,棒线材轧辊孔型形状参数以及其相关力能参数计算非常耗时而且复杂。本软件基于"两圆夹一扁"的方法进行孔型形状参数的设计,通过乌萨托夫斯基方法等计算宽展,利用试验确定艾科隆德方法和西姆斯方法计算力能参数,依托C++语言进行程序开发,其目的在于大幅度提高设计结果的精度,降低计算时间,准确的做出孔型图。通过对某厂22道次线材轧机的数据进行采集和计算,对本软件进行验证。结果表明软件具有良好的可靠性和严密性。Taking into account the development of computer-aided design in the past, it is very time-consuming and complex in terms of calculation about shape parameters of rod and wire roll and its associated force parameters. Based on the approach of "two-round clip a flat", the software has a design of shape parameters calculates spread by Rostov Chomsky method and force parameters with the Echo Lund and Sims by using experimental methods, and it has a program development relying on C + + language which greatly improves accuracy of design, and reduces the computation time with making an accurate pass figure. By verificating the software by data collection and calculation with the 22 passes of the wire mill factory, the results show that the software has good reliability and rigor.
