摘 要:以南美油藤种子为对象,研究不同品种、气温、播种基质对其发芽情况的影响。结果显示:细沙以及珍珠岩+泥炭两种基质不利于南美油藤种子发芽,轻型基质(黄心土:稻壳:珍珠岩=3:4:3)可使其发芽率超过90%;不同品种的南美油藤种子发芽率差异显著,C和H两个大果种子不发芽,V_2和V_4发芽率低于15%,V_3发芽率可达90%;不同气温影响南美油藤种子发芽率,以气温25~35℃播种为宜。Germination of seeds of different varieties of Plukenetia volubilis was examined with different growing media and temperatures in this study. Media comprising pure sand or perlite+peat was not conducive germination (0% germination) but over 90% germination was achieved with a growing media comprising yellow soil:rice-husk:perlite (3:4:3). Seeds of the five P volubilis varieties tested also differed significantly in their germination rates; varieties C and H, which on average had the biggest seeds, didn't germinate at all, varieties V2 and V4 had low average germination rate of 15%, whilst germination of variety V3 averaged more than 90%. Temperature was found to impact germination rates of the P volubilis seed, and the optimum temperature was found to be in range of 25 to 35℃.
