摘 要:基于三维无航速格林函数理论,采用了Hydro STAR软件,对上海海事大学教学实习船"育明"轮进行波浪载荷预报,包括其在4种工况中的波浪载荷短期以及长期预报。短期预报采用Jonswap谱,长期预报采用IACS推荐的北大西洋波浪散布图,并与IACS最新推出的共同规范HCSR的规范值进行了比较。计算结果表明,在恶劣海况下,船舶遭受的波浪载荷不容小觑,不仅需要用规范进行计算,更需要对其进行直接计算以确保船舶营运的安全性。The short-term and long-term wave load in 4 conditions of the Yu Ming ship, the ship for teaching and practicing of Shanghai Maritime University, is predicted with the method of 3D Green function theory in 0 knot by the HydroSTAR software. The Jonswap spectrum is used in the short-term prediction and the wave scatter diagram recommended by IA CS is used in the prediction of long-term wave load. The result is compared with the rule value which is calculated according to HCSR. In the severe sea condition, the wave loads of the ship should be noticed seriously. In order to guarantee the safety of the ship, not only the calculation should be done by the rules, but also the direct calculation should be done.
