外蒙古独立与三民主义的关系

摘　　要：清末治蒙不当只是直接导致外蒙古独立的第一步,孙文的三民主义才是外蒙古独立的根本原因。孙文的民族主义脱胎于西方资产阶级革命时期的狭隘民族思想,最后发展为带有各民族平等反帝思想的民族主义。孙文的民族主义思想与中华民族的历史与现状存在着巨大差距,不可能促成民族团结,阻止和消除外蒙古的独立。孙文的民主主义与民生主义对于外蒙古独立也起到了促进作用。Outer Mongolia＇s independence from China occurred after Qing dynasty was destroyed, when there was no inappropriate adminis- tration in Mongolia by Qing dynasty. Outer Mongolia^s independence from China would not occur if new government of China would have administrated appropriately so that international forces would have had no chance to interfere Mongolia affairs. The author holds that the ＂Three Principles of the People of Sun Yat -sen＂ had the historical responsibility for Outer Mongolia＇s independence from China. Interior af- fairs must be managed appropriately, which is a lesson learnt from Outer Mongolia^s independence from China.
