摘　　要：目的：评价玉屏风联合西药治疗哮喘的安全性和疗效。方法：检索1985年至2015年6月期间CNKI、VIP、CBM、Wanfang、PubMed数据库,收集玉屏风联合西药治疗哮喘的随机对照临床研究文献,筛选符合纳入标准的文献,并应用改良Jadad表进行评价。采用Cochrane协作网免费提供的RevMan5.0专用软件进行Meta分析。结果：初始检索到文献共计285篇,纳入符合标准32篇,包含3081名患者。Meta分析结果显示,玉屏风联合西药治疗哮喘较单用西药有明显优势。其中临床疗效：同质性检验χ2=7.44,df=15,P=0.94;合并效应值估计Z=8.63,P≤0.00001,OR合并=4.25,95%CI[3.06,5.90];肺功能改善：同质性检验χ2=56.83,df=5,P≤0.00001;合并效应值估计Z=2.90,P=0.004,MD合并=5.50,95%CI[1.79,9.21];不良反应：同质性检验χ2=3.87,df=4,P=0.42;合并效应值估计Z=3.77,P=0.0002,OR合并=0.36,95%CI[0.21,0.61]。结论：与常规治疗相比,玉屏风联合西药治疗哮喘的疗效更好,差异具有统计学意义。Objective： To evaluate safety and effectiveness of yupingfeng combined western medicine in treating asthma. Methods： Retrieving CNKI,VIP,CBM,Wan Fang medicine database Pub Med database from 1985 to June 2015,collecting randomized controlled trials Meta-analysis of yupingfeng combined western medicine in treating asthma,screening standard literature and evaluating the application by modified Jadad table. Using the cochrane collaboration free Rev Man5. 0 dedicated software for Meta-analysis. Results： Retrieving a total of 285 references,intaking 32 in accord with the accepting articles, containing 3081 patients. Meta-analysis results show that yupingfeng combined western medicine therapy of asthma than single use has obvious advantages. The clinical curative effect： homogeneity test chi-square = 7. 44,df = 15,P = 0. 94; consolidation effect value estimate Z= 8. 63,P≤0. 00001,OR merge = 4. 25,95 % CI[3. 06,5. 90 ]; improve lung function： homogeneity test chi-square = 56. 83,df= 5,P≤0. 00001; consolidation effect value estimate Z = 2. 90,P = 0. 004,MD merger = 5. 50,95 % CI [1. 79,9. 21）; adverse reactions： homogeneity test chi-square = 3. 87,df = 4,P = 0. 42; consolidation effect value estimate Z = 3. 77,P = 0. 0002,OR merge = 0. 36,95 % CI [0. 21,0. 61]. Conclusion： Compared with the conventional treatment,yupingfeng combination with western medicine treatment the curative effect of asthma is better,the difference is statistically significant.
