摘　　要：规划核实测绘是建设工程竣工规划核实的基础性测绘工作,为规划管理部门进行规划核实工作提供了重要的数据资料,是规划管理部门核发《建设工程规划核实确认书》的重要依据,其成果质量的准确性和可靠性直接影响规划审批和监督管理的有效性。结合近几年来嘉兴市区规划核实测绘工作开展情况,对质量控制内容及控制要点进行了分析探讨。The verification surveying and mapping is a basic surveying and mapping work in the finished construction of planning to verity. It provides important data for the planning department to verity,and it＇s an important basic to issue of The Confirmation of Construction Project Planning Verification. The results of the accuracy and reliability directly influence the effectiveness of planning approval and supervision. This paper combines with the situation of carrying out the verification surveying and mapping in Jiaxing urban for recent years to analyze and discuss the quality control content and control points.
