摘  要:对莱钢50t电炉产线精炼工序VD炉进行了双工位改造,优化了炼钢过程生产工艺,稳定了生产节奏,提高了钢水去气、去夹杂能力,钢水洁净度和温度控制都得到了提升,并为低氧、低氮和高洁净度优特钢的冶炼提供了技术保障。The double-position transformation of VD furnace in the refining process of 50t electric furnace production line was carried out, the production process of steelmaking process was optimized, the produc- tion rhythm was stabilized, the gas and inclusion removal capability was improved, and further the clean- liness and temperature control of molten steel were promoted, further providing a technical support for the smelting of special steel with low oxygen, low nitrogen and high cleanliness.
