摘　　要：研究生培养是创新型科研人才成长的基础,其质量与社会经济和科技进步息息相关。高等医学院校研究生培养直接影响到人们未来的身心健康,需要特别重视。在研究生培养过程中,尤其是硕士研究生新生阶段,学生存在科研素质不高、方法不当、目标不明确、适应能力和动手能力不强等问题。青年教师作为高等医学院校科研和教学的骨干力量,应充分发挥个人智慧,在改革创新的大环境下,帮助硕士研究生新生完成良好过渡并激励学生健康、积极地投入科学研究。The training of postgraduate students is the basis in cultivating innovative research talents,which is closely associated with advancement of economy and technology. Especially in medical colleges and universities,the training of postgraduates has direct impacts on people＇s physical and mental health. Faced with students＇ difficulties in setting goals,adopting learning strategies and poor practical ability,young lecturers in medical colleges and universities,as the principal component of teaching and research,are in duty to help the freshmen to devote themselves to research rapidly and harmoniously.
