摘  要:目的观察傣药咪多领(云南琵琶甲)提取物制剂对兔耳增生性瘢痕组织TGF-β1 mRNA表达的影响。方法建立兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型,术后28天将模型随机分为实验组、阳性药物(康瑞保)对照组和空白对照组,分别外用琵琶甲制剂、康瑞保或生理盐水,4周后取材观察各组瘢痕组织形态,采用RT—PCR方法检测转化生长因子TGF-β1mRNA的表达。结果实验组与空白对照组相比,TGF-β1 mRNA表达量明显降低(P<0.01);实验组与阳性对照组相比,TGF-β1 mRNA表达量无差异(P>0.05)。结论傣药咪多领(云南琵琶甲)可以减少增生性瘢痕TGF-β1 mRNA的表达。Objective: To observe the effect of Miduoling (Yunnan Pipa A) extract preparation on TGF - βl mRNA expression of rabbit ear hypertrophic scar tissue. Methods : Animal models of rabbit ear hypertrophic scars were made. After 28 days, the models were randomly divided into an experimental group, a positive drug (contractubex) group and a blank control group. They were respectively given topical use of Pipa A, Contractubex and saline. The scar tissue forms of each group were harvested and observed after four weeks. RT - PCR method was used to detect the TGF- βlmRNA expression of transforming growth factors. Results: Compared with the control group, the TGF - βl mRNA expression of the experimental group was significantly lower (P 〈 0. 01 ). When compared with the positive group, the TGF- βl mRNA expression of the experimental group was no difference (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Miduoling (Yunnan Pipa A) can re- duce the TGF - βl mRNA expression of hypertrophic scars.
