摘 要:采用改进的Hummers法对不同纯度的天然鳞片石墨进行氧化处理,获得氧化石墨烯。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、红外光谱(FTIR)及热失重(TGA-DSC)等测试方法对氧化石墨烯的结晶性、光谱学、化学结构及热性能进行表征。XRD证实天然石墨的纯度越高越容易被氧化剂插层氧化,氧化程度越大,层间距越大;Raman指出天然石墨的纯度越高,其制备的氧化石墨烯的D峰和G峰的强度比(ID/IG)值越低;FTIR说明天然石墨纯度越高越容易被氧化,羧基伸缩振动峰越蓝移;TGA-DSC显示天然石墨纯度越低其氧化石墨烯热失重越明显。The graphite oxide (GO) was prepared from different purity natural flake graphite by the modified Hummers method. The crystallinity, spectroscopy, chemical structure, and thermal properties of the graphite oxide were characterized by using the X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and thermogravimetric analysis-differential scanning calorimeter method (TGA-DSC), respectively. The XRD show that the purity of natural graphite is the higher, the oxidation agent more easily inserted into the interlayer of graphite, the greater the degree of oxidation, the greater the interlayer spacing of graphite oxide; Raman indicated that the purity of natural graphite is the higher, the ratio of graphene D and G band intensities (ID/IG) is lower. FTIR illustrated that the purity of natural graphite is the higher, the graphite is more easily oxidation, the carboxyl stretching vibration peaks are more blue shift. TGA-DSC displayed that the purity of natural graphite is the smaller, the thermal weight loss is the more obvious.
