摘 要:以苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,SDS/OP-10为复合乳化剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用单体顸乳化、种子乳液聚合的方法制备苯丙微乳液。系统地研究了乳化剂的用量及配比、引发剂用量、单体用量及配比对乳液聚合过程和乳液性能的影响。结果表明,在复合乳化剂用量为5%,SDS/OP-10配比为1:2~2:1,引发剂用量为0.3%0,AA用量为2%~3%,主单体总量为400o,St/MMA/BA质量比为15:5:20时,聚合反应的稳定性及乳液性能良好。The styrene-acrylic microemulsion was synthesized by pre-emulsification and seed emulsion polymeri zation technology with styrene, methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate as the main monomers, acrylic acid as the functional monomer, SDS and OP-10 as complex emulsifier, ammonium persulfate as initiator. The effects of emulsifier amount, ratio of SDS and OP-10, initiator amount and monomer ratio on polymerization and property were systematically studied. The results showed that, the polymerization was stable and the property was excellent, if the com- plex emulsifier content was 5%, the ratio of SDS and OP10 was 1 : 2-2 : 1, initiator content was 0. 3%, acrylic acid was 2%-3%, the main monomers content was 40%, and the ratio of St, MMA, BA was 15 : 5 : 20.
